SMHL Registration.

Thank for your interest in joining the Squamish Men's Hockey League.

June 25th, 2019 - REGISTRATION is only for players who have been confirmed to a team by league management. If you've haven't been playing in the SMHL and wish to join the league click on: Join The League

 

​Please follow these steps to register with the SMHL.

​

1. Team Rep Instructions

   • Click the registration link: https://ashn.icesports.com/

   • Click New Player and complete the information. On the second page select Team Rep and use the drop-downs to find your League, Season, and Division.

   • As you are the first of the team you will need to create your team. Please use the spelling of your team name as it exists here: Preds, Blue Whales, Goonies, Stars, Badgers and Grizzlies.

   • Once completed you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, along with your Hockey Canada ID#

   • You will also receive an e-mail confirmation each time a player registers on your team

2. Player Instructions

   • Click the registration link: https://ashn.icesports.com/

   • Click New Player and complete the first page of information

   • Select Player and use the drop-downs to find your League, Season, and Team

   • ***Please note if you're not able to select or see your team in the drop down list, please contact your team rep as they haven't yet registered for the year.***

   • Once completed you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, along with your Hockey Canada ID#

3. After Completing the online registration

   • When you arrive for your first game of the season, once dressed to play you will need to bring a photo ID and approach the scorekeeper at the scoring booth. 

   • Show your photo ID to the scorekeeper and she will confirm you have registered to play in the SMHL. Then you are all set.

   • The scorekeeper will also give you a membership card that will allow you to claim your rewards and discounts with the local business partners.

4. Payment Deadline

   • Team payments are due in full by October 31st, 2019. Failure to pay for the season will result in your team forfeiting games until the payment is paid in full or the player cancelling themselves from playing. The SMHL has a non-refundable policy once the season has started.

5. How to pay

   • You can pay by cash, cheque, e-transfer, visa or mastercard.

   • E-transfers are made to squamishmenshockeyleague@gmail.com please use your team name as a password.

   • Cheques are made out to: Squamish Men's Hockey League

   • SMHL can also take Visa or Mastercard however there is a 3% fee per transaction to pay by credit card. This is courtesy of GNR Dance.
